Above Chefs Daniel and Tamara Chavez
Daniel and Tamara took inspiration from their extensive travels in creating the menu, coming up with over 30 varieties of tapas such as pulpo la brasa (charcoal grilled octopus), tostas ramonas (crystal bread toast with Spanish anchovies and crushed tomatoes), and Vino Tinto bikini. A selection of signature dishes from sister outlet Tinto are also included on the menu, among which are the paellas and fideuás, cochinillo (roast suckling pig) and gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp). Complementing the food are wines from established regions in Spain, including Rioja, Priorat and Ribera del Duero.
Diners will enjoy the offerings in a warm and welcoming space decked in design elements reminiscent of Spain. Ensuring a warm and cosy experience, it’s furnished with casual rattan chairs and bamboo furnishings, but the look is enhanced with terracotta walls, exposed brick dividers and red earthen clay pots.
